Grad Fair

The MSJC Foundation has generously purchased caps, gowns and tassels for all graduates participating in this year's ceremony- that is 1,200 sets of regalia! WOW!

To get your free regalia, you must:

• Be a Summer 2025 Graduate, OR
• Be a Fall 2025 Graduate, OR
• Have an approved Spring 2026 Graduation Application, OR
• Have an approved Petition to Walk

AND

• Be RSVP'd to participate in the in-person commencement ceremony

The MSJC Foundation is selling MSJC Grad Sashes for $40 and Phi Theta Kappa are selling Purple Orchid Leis from Hawaii for $20 (if ordered in advance). 

Sashes can be purchased and picked up during Grad Fair or make up days. 

Leis can be preordered, however, pick up is at Pechanga on the day of the Commencement Ceremony. Please plan to stop at the PTK table to pick up your leis.

Shipping is not available. All regalia must be picked up in person.

Can't make it? Send a loved one to pick up for you- email smendez@msjc.edu with the following and we will be sure to release your order to them. 

• Name of the person picking up on your behalf
• Your height (ex. 5'6")
• Your approximate weight (ex. 200lbs)

Yes! Grad Images will be on-site at the Grad Fair offering free photo sessions. This is a great chance to take individual photos as well as pictures with family and friends.

A loaner cap and gown will be available for your use during the session.

About five weeks after commencement, Grad Images will email you a free, full‑color, passport‑sized proof of all your photos.

There is no obligation to purchase however Grad Images does offer physical prints and digital downloads.
