Before you Apply for EOPS...

Do you meet the following requirements?

Be a resident of California or meet AB 540/ California Dream Act requirements
Be enrolled full-time in 12 units, and in a program leading to a certificate, associate's, or transfer to a 4-year university. (Disabled Students Programs and Services (DSPS) waiver options available.
Current/Former Foster Youth (enrolled in 9 units)
Qualify to receive a CCPG (California College Promise Grant) A or B.
Have not completed more than 60 degree-applicable units.
Admission into the program is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students who are approved for EOPS will be notified to attend one of the mandatory in-person orientations at one of the MSJC campuses.

Each orientation session will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. A registration link will be included in your welcome email, which will be sent to your MSJC student email account.
